Supporting blind education through calendar donations

On January 13, 2025, Sumitomo Mitsui Auto Leasing & Service (Thailand) Co., Ltd. proudly delivered old desk calendars collected from employees to the Educational Technology Center for the Blind. This center, part of the Foundation for the Blind in Thailand under the Royal Patronage of Her Majesty the Queen, will recycle the calendars to produce Braille books for visually impaired individuals.

This meaningful initiative helps reduce waste and provides essential learning materials and resources, contributing to the education and empowerment of visually impaired individuals.

By coming together to collect and donate their old calendars, SMAT employees demonstrated the impact of small, thoughtful actions in creating a positive difference. We remain committed to supporting sustainable initiatives that bring happiness and a brighter future.
